As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
A platform or board with rollerskate wheels or other similar wheels
affixed to the underside, designated to be ridden by a person or persons.
The board has no steering device or mechanism to steer or control the direction
thereof while being used or ridden even though the direction may be controlled
by the rider by shifting the feet or weight during the use or operation.
A.
No person shall use, operate or ride any skateboard on
any public street, sidewalk or other public property or on any private property
to which the public is invited, namely sidewalks, driveways, entrances and
exits to and from parking lots and parking lots.
B.
The area of prohibition is described on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof.[1]
