Pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1 and on the request of The Ridgewood Senior Citizens Housing Corporation, Inc., that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes shall be made applicable to the semi-public or private roads, streets, driveways and parking areas and other roadways open to or used by the public, tenants, employees and members of The Ridgewood Senior Citizens Housing Corporation, Inc., the Village of Ridgewood has determined that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes should be made applicable to The Ridgewood Senior Citizens Housing Corporation, Inc., for the premises located at 7-11 Ridge Road, shown as Block 2004, Lot 10.01 on the current Tax Map of the Village of Ridgewood.
A. 
General parking.
(1) 
All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.
(2) 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions:

(3) 
Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the attached site plan and signed with the R7-8 and R7-8P (reserved parking sign and penalty plate), in designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permit by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
B. 
Speed limits.
(1) 
The speed limit for both directions of travel on the following roadways are:

(2) 
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above designated speed limits authorized by the Department of Transportation.
C. 
Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing so as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
D. 
Loading zone(s). The locations described are hereby designated as loading zones. No person shall park a vehicle in said location during the times indicated other than for the loading or unloading of goods and materials.

E. 
All signs, posts, or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.
F. 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by New Jersey statutes, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to the violations and penalties provisions of § 1-15 of the Ridgewood Village Code. No person, however, shall receive a jail sentence for any single offense in excess of 15 days.

Pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1 and on the request of The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, L.L.C. that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes shall be made applicable to the semi-public or private roads, streets, driveways and parking areas and other roadways open to or used by the public, tenants, employees and members of The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, L.L.C., the Village of Ridgewood has determined that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes should be made applicable to The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, L.L.C. for the premises located at 175 Franklin Avenue, shown as Block 2011, Lot 9 on the current Tax Map of the Village of Ridgewood.

McKinnon and The Ridgewood Cycle Shop, Inc. that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes shall be made applicable to the semipublic or private roads, streets, driveways and parking areas and other roadways open to or used by the public, tenants, employees and members of The Ridgewood Cycle Shop, Inc., the Village of Ridgewood has determined that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes should be made applicable to The Ridgewood Cycle Shop, Inc., for the premises located at 35 North Broad Street, shown as Block 3804, Lot 21, on the current Tax Map of the Village of Ridgewood.

Pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1 and on the request of Dr. Dinesh Khosla, managing member, Pondview Medical Center of Ridgewood, LLC, that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes shall be made applicable to the semipublic or private roads, streets, driveways and parking areas and other roadways open to or used by the public, tenants, employees and clients of Pondview Medical Center of Ridgewood, LLC, the Village of Ridgewood has determined that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes should be made applicable to Pondview Medical Center of Ridgewood, LLC, for the premises located at 1124 East Ridgewood Avenue, shown as Block 4205, Lot 3, on the current Tax Map of the Village of Ridgewood.

Pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1 and on the request of Dr. Daniel Fishbein, Superintendent of Ridgewood Public Schools, that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes shall be made applicable to the semipublic or private roads, streets, driveways and parking areas and other roadways open to or used by the public, tenants, employees, students, and parents of students of Ridgewood Public Schools, the Village of Ridgewood has determined that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes should be made applicable to all premises and properties operated by the Ridgewood Public Schools in the Village of Ridgewood.
