The Schedules of Borough Officers and Employees,
listing such officers and employees, identifying the statutory authority
for many positions, indicating the persons authorized to appoint and
approve such appointment to such positions, describing terms of office
and making other relevant comments, shall be effective, which schedules
were adopted 2-10-1983 by Ordinance No. 1-83 and are on file and available,
along with any amendments, in the Borough Clerk's office.
