A.
The discharge or firing of a gun, pistol or firearm of
any description or the discharge of arrows from a bow or the discharge, throwing
or use of any other object which may cause bodily harm or damage to property
of others at any place within the Borough less than 1,000 feet from any dwelling
or other building in which persons may reside or work, except for the protection
of persons or property when absolutely necessary to meet another force, is
hereby expressly prohibited.
B.
This chapter shall not apply to land owned, leased or
occupied by a duly organized hunting or game club or to lands owned, leased
or occupied by a duly organized rifle or pistol association whereon is situated
a rifle or pistol range, the location of which having first been approved
by the Chief of Police.
