The following fees shall be collected by the Clifton Park Planning and Zoning Department from applicants requesting subdivision review and/or approval pursuant to Clifton Park Town Code Chapter A215:
A. 
Conceptual review. A fee shall be paid with the request for a preliminary conference pursuant to the following schedule:
(1) 
Fifty dollars, minimum, plus $15 per lot for each lot in excess of four lots.
(2) 
One hundred dollars, minimum, plus $20 per acre for each acre or partial acre exceeding one acre of soil-disturbing activity (SDA) application.
B. 
Preliminary approval. A fee shall be paid with the request for preliminary subdivision approval pursuant to the following schedule:
(1) 
Two hundred dollars, minimum fee, plus $30 per lot for each lot in excess of four lots.
C. 
Final approval. A fee shall be paid at the time of final subdivision approval pursuant to the following schedule:
(1) 
Two hundred fifty dollars minimum fee, plus $30 for each approved lot in excess of four lots.
D. 
GIS processing. A fee of $15 per lot and a computer disk of the final plot shall be submitted prior to the release of stamped plans.
E. 
The Planning Board shall require an applicant for any review, permit or approval to deposit an amount established by the Planning Board as its estimate to pay for the fees and/or costs of any engineer, consultant or attorney designated by the Planning Board to review such application. The fees and/or costs charged by such engineer, consultant or attorney in connection with such review will be charged against the sum deposited. Any amount remaining shall be returned to the applicant within 45 days of final action on the application.

In the event that the Planning Board requests payment in lieu of parkland pursuant to § A215-7 of the Town Code, the following fees shall be collected by the Town of Clifton Park Planning and Zoning Department from the applicant prior to issuance of approved subdivision plans:

Per approved building lot: $1,250.

There shall be collected by the Department of Planning, prior to the issuance of site plans, a fee which shall be computed as follows:

No owner, applicant or agent of record for an owner or applicant for any approval from the Town of Clifton Park shall be permitted to submit application for consideration of any site plan or subdivision of land, or be entitled to obtain any permit from the Town of Clifton Park in relation to any matter before the town, if any fees pursuant to this article or any other town law are due and owing to the Town of Clifton Park.

Upon request, the involved department will create a listing of all names and addresses, mailing labels, and a map of all adjoining landowners within 500 feet of a parcel under consideration for subdivision, variance, special use permit or site plan pursuant to §§ 179-15.1, 208-79D(2), 208-109C(2)(d), 208-109C(3)(d), and 208-115F. The fee of $50 is payable at the receipt of the list. This service is not mandatory.
