The noise control requirements established by
this chapter shall be administered and enforced jointly by Town Code
Enforcement Officers, the Town Security Force, the Saratoga County
Sheriff and the NYS Police and such other employees and/or officials
authorized by the Town Board. A violation of the provisions of this
chapter may be established upon the verbal or written complaint of
at least one person. Violation of any provision of this chapter shall
be cause for a summons to be issued.
