Where a person or corporation desires to connect
to the sewer system of the City of Kingston, such person or corporation
shall be required to pay a connection charge based upon applicable
permit and inspection costs as determined by the Building Department.
Said fee shall be payable at the time of application for a building
permit and shall be based upon the information provided in the application
for said permit. Said connection fee shall be in addition to the sewer
user charge imposed pursuant to this article.[1]
