A.Â
The administrative authority shall be empowered to
collect such fees for the filing of plans and issuance of permits
as may be deemed necessary.
B.Â
Any person who shall make application for an examination
for a plumber's license must pay a fee of $50.
C.Â
All certificates of registration shall expire on the
31st day of December of the year in which they were issued and shall
be renewed within 30 days preceding such expiration by application
to the Examining Board of Plumbers upon payment of a renewal fee of
$200 by active members and $75 by inactive members.
D.Â
The fees specified herein, shall be amended from time
to time by resolution of the Common Council of the City of Kingston.
