§ 150-1 Statutory regulations; permit authority.

Public displays, use and explosion of fireworks shall be regulated pursuant to Article 405 of the Penal Law of the State of New York, and the permit authority therefor as defined therein to carry out the provisions of same is hereby designated as the City Clerk.
