§ 141-26 All trucks excluded from certain streets.

All trucks (and/or commercial vehicles and/or tractors and/or tractor-trailer combinations) are hereby excluded from the following highways within this Village:

§ 141-27 Trucks over 18,000 pounds excluded from certain streets.

All trucks (and/or commercial vehicles and/or tractors and/or tractor-trailer combinations) in excess of 18,000 pounds are hereby excluded from the following streets and/or highways within the Village of South Glens Falls:

Fairview Street	From its intersection with Third Street to its southerly terminus with the Midtown Shopping Center

Hamilton Street	From its intersection with Saratoga Avenue to its intersection with Fairview Extension
Newton Street	From its intersection with Saratoga Avenue to its intersection with Fairview Extension
Third Street [Repealed 8-15-1984 by L.L. No. 7-1984]

§ 141-28 Exceptions for local deliveries and pickups.

The regulations established in this article shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded.
