It shall constitute disorderly conduct, and shall be unlawful, within the limits of this Township:
A. 
To make or participate in the making of any riot, noise, disturbance or disorderly assembly on any street, house or place within the Township limits of East Whiteland Township; to appear or be on any public street, place or alley under the influence of intoxicating liquors, or to use any profane or indecent language on any public street, place or alley, within the Township limits of East Whiteland Township.
B. 
To assemble in any public street, place or alley within the Township limits and engage in loud, boisterous or unseemly language, or to refuse to disperse immediately after being called upon to do so by any police officer or constable of the Township.
C. 
To post any written or printed handbills of an indecent or immoral character on any fence, building, tree or other place, in any of the streets or alleys of the said Township, to paint, write or draw, or in any other manner to make any writing drawing or figures of like indecent or immoral character, with paint, chalk or other substance on any fence, building, tree or other place as above, so as to cause the same to have an indecent or immoral character or appearance.
D. 
To throw or in any manner project any stone, club or other missile, refuse or rubbish in or upon any street or public alley of the Township, or without the consent of the owner thereof to throw or project any such object on the privately owned property of any owner of real estate in said Township.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding brought before a District Justice under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, be guilty of a summary offense, and shall be subject to the payment of a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000, plus the costs of prosecution. In default of payment thereof, the defendant may be sentenced to imprisonment in the county prison for a term of not more than 30 days. Each provision of this article that is violated shall constitute a separate offense, each of which violations shall be punishable by a separate fine imposed by the District Justice of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000, plus the costs of prosecution, or upon default of payment thereof, the defendant may be sentenced to imprisonment in the county prison for a term of not more than 30 days. All fines and penalties collected for the violation of this article shall be paid to the Township Treasurer.
