In separate parking structures or lots that do not serve a particular building or structure, parking spaces for disabled people shall be located on the shortest possible circulation route to an accessible pedestrian entrance of the parking facility.
(2) Parking spaces. Handicapped parking spaces for disabled people shall be at least 96 inches (2,440 millimeters) wide and shall have an adjacent access aisle 60 inches (1,525 millimeters) wide minimum. (See Figure 2, on file in the Township Offices.) If there are curbs between the access aisle and the vehicle pull-up space, then a curb ramp complying with the regulations adopted in §
189-23 shall be provided.
(4) Parking and passenger loading zones. If passenger loading zones are provided, a reasonable number determined by the Codes Enforcement Officer, but always at least one, of the passenger loading zones shall comply with Subsection
