The establishment and formation of a transit
district in the Connecticut River Estuary Planning Area of the State
of Connecticut and the participation of the Town of Killingworth in
the affairs of said district are approved, all in accordance with
the provisions of Chapter 103a of the Connecticut General Statutes,
as amended.
