Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the following intersections:
Intersection
Watchung Avenue and Hillside Avenue
Watchung Avenue and Fairmount Avenue
Watchung Avenue and Washington Avenue
Watchung Avenue and Lafayette Avenue
All traffic signal installations shall be in accordance with the provisions of An Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations (Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes) shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey.
