Uniforms, coveralls and other items of clothing may be furnished and supplied to all employees of the Highway Department and any other department of the Town of Babylon, whether such department is authorized or established by the Town Law or local law.

The cost of furnishing such uniforms, coveralls and other items of clothing may be a general Town charge or a charge against a specific department, as the Town Board, by resolution, may determine from time to time.
