The provisions of this Article shall apply except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XII (§ 181-47), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIII (§ 181-48), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV (§ 181-49), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
Parking prohibited during certain hours of certain months. No automobile or other vehicle shall be parked on any Town highway within the Town of DeWitt between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. during the period beginning November 1 and ending April 1 of each year.
B. 
Parking prohibited certain hours. No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XV (§ 181-50) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVI (§ 181-51) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVII (§ 181-52) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVIII (§ 181-53) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVIII of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The locations described in Schedule XIX (§ 181-54), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XX (§ 181-55), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XXI (§ 181-56), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
