Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Zoning Ordinance of
the Town of Greenburgh and amendments to the Zoning Ordinance or any Zoning
Ordinance hereafter enacted by the Town of Greenburgh may be made effective
by publication of a summary of the text of such ordinance or amendment pursuant
to § 52-a of the Town Law of the State of New York.
