No automobile or other motor vehicle shall be parked or remain standing in any section of Trinity Corners Shopping Center and any other area which has been designated as a traffic lane in the Town of Pound Ridge.
No automobile or other motor vehicle shall be parked or remain standing in any section of Trinity Corners Shopping Center and any other area which has been designated as a fire lane in the Town of Pound Ridge.
The Police Department of the Town of Pound Ridge shall provide for policing and enforcement of the terms of this article.
A. 
Any automobile or other motor vehicle which is parked or remains standing in a traffic lane or is parked or remains standing in a fire lane in the Trinity Corners Shopping Center and any other area in the Town which has been designated as a fire lane may be removed, towed or conveyed by or at the direction of a police officer or other person duly authorized by the Town Board to a public garage or other area designated for that purpose.
B. 
The owner or operator of any automobile or other motor vehicle removed pursuant to Subsection A of this section shall pay any expense incurred in connection with the towing and storage of such motor vehicle before it shall be released, and any said expense shall be in addition to any fine imposed for a violation of this article.
Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined up to a maximum of $50.
The areas where parking is prohibited shall be designated by stripes and posted with signs stipulating NO PARKING — NO STANDING — TOW-AWAY ZONE — $50. FINE."
