It is not intended by this chapter to repeal
by implication any existing or future rules or regulations of the
United States Environmental Protection Agency or the New York State
Department of Environmental Conservation.
Nothing herein shall be deemed to relieve any
person of duty and responsibility or complying with the Town Plumbing
Code, as amended.

The sewer use fee charges to the users of the public sewer for
the Sewer Fund of the Town of Union for the public sewer serving the
areas of the Town of Union known as "Choconut Center," "Fairmont Park,"
"Westover," and other areas in the part of Town billed by the Village
of Endicott for water uses shall be set from time to time by the Town
Board in the annual budget.
