Former Ch. A329, Cable Television Franchise, adopted 8-14-1978
by Ord. No. 1050, was repealed 12-8-2003 by Ord. No. 1373 to correspond
with the expiration of the franchise and the negotiation of a new
agreement.
The Borough Council does hereby approve the cable franchise
agreement negotiated with Blue Ridge, including all of the terms and
conditions contained therein, and does hereby authorize its president
and secretary to execute such agreement.
The term of the cable franchise agreement negotiated with Blue
Ridge shall commence in 2013, become effective as of the date of its
execution or such other date as provided for therein, and shall continue
for the term set forth therein.
