A.
Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter shall be punished,
upon conviction, by a fine of not less than $50 for the first offense.
The minimum fine shall be $100 for the second offense and $200 for
the third and each subsequent offense within a year of previous violations.
Each day on which a violation shall occur or continue shall constitute
a separate offense.
B.
In addition to the penalties described above, the City may pursue
other remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief, revocation
of licenses and permits, and abatement of nuisances.
