In accordance with 30-A M.R.S.A. § 3003, as the same may be amended from time to time, the Maine Uniform Building and Energy Code is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference to regulate and control the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use, or maintenance of one- and two-family dwellings and townhouses located in the City of Bangor.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
- RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE
- The Maine Uniform Building and Energy Code.
