When signs are erected giving notice thereof and when designated by the City Manager and approved by order of the City Council, the areas, parking spaces and portions of streets described and specified in Schedule X shall be used exclusively as bus stations. Said schedule shall be maintained by the City Clerk and made available for public inspection at any reasonable hour.
No vehicle or bus shall be stopped or allowed to stand, whether occupied or not, within any part of the above-designated bus stations at any time, except while, with all dispatch, actually engaged in taking on or discharging passengers.
All said bus stations as above described shall be suitably and plainly marked by sign and painting of the sidewalk curb.
A. 
The ownership of an automobile parked in violation of any provision of this article shall be prima facie evidence that it was so parked by the owner thereof.
B. 
Whoever violates any provision of this article shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $50 for each offense.
