No person, firm or corporation shall operate as a victualer until such person, firm or corporation first obtains a license for such purposes from the City Clerk. Licenses under this chapter shall not be issued unless the City Clerk receives affirmation from the City Code Enforcement Officer that the applicant’s proposed operation meets all applicable zoning and site plan requirements, and affirmation from the City Fire Inspectors that the applicant’s proposed operation meets all applicable fire and safety codes.
License applications under this chapter shall be processed and shall be subject to the permit fees provided in Chapter 85, Business Licenses.
