§ 175-4 Birth, death, marriage, civil union and domestic partnership certificates.

A fee of $10 shall be payable to the Registrar of Vital Statistics in the Township of Brick for the issuance of each certified copy of a birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, civil union or domestic partnership certificate.

§ 175-5 Correction forms.

A fee of $10 shall be payable to the Registrar of Vital Statistics in the Township of Brick for the preparation and/or processing of correction forms.

§ 175-6 State-mandated fees.

At such time as said fee is payable, the Registrar shall also collect any fee mandated to be collected by the State of New Jersey for any such license or certificate.
