The policy as proposed by the Chief of Police
of the City of Bridgeton for random drug testing is here approved
and shall have the full force and effect of a rule and regulation
of employment as a police officer in the City of Bridgeton.
A copy of this policy for random drug testing
shall be on file in the City Clerk's office and made available to
the public for its review.
Said policy shall be effective as of July 1,
2001, and binding on the Bridgeton Police Department as a rule, regulation,
and condition of employment.
