The governing body of the City of Bridgeton does hereby accept the designation
of certain areas contained in its resolution seeking to have certain areas
designated as Urban Enterprise Zones by the Urban Enterprise Zone Authority
of the State of New Jersey. The City Council accepts this designation from
the Urban Enterprise Zone Authority and accepts the designation of the zone
development plan as formulated and approved in the aforesaid resolution.
