The City Council of the City of Bridgeton does hereby create the Bridgeton
Development Corporation, said organization to be organized pursuant to Title
15 of the Statutes of the State of New Jersey and to have all of the powers,
duties, and responsibilities as provided for therein and in accordance with
the powers, duties, and responsibilities as set forth in the New Jersey Urban
Redevelopment Act (N.J.S.A. 55:19-20 et seq.) and New Jersey Urban Enterprise
Zones Act (N.J.S.A. 52:27H-60 et seq.).
The Mayor, Clerk, and City Solicitor be and are hereby authorized to
do all things and file such documents as may be reasonably necessary to effectuate
the foregoing.
