[Adopted 4-21-1992 by Ord. No. 91-18]
In connection with any construction, reconstruction,
refurbishment or repairs of any public or private structures within
the City of Bridgeton, any and all permit fees or enforcing agency
fees with respect to such construction which is solely undertaken
and constructed for the purpose of making such public or private structures
more accessible to handicapped persons, be and the same are hereby
waived.
Permit fees and agency fees are expressly waived
only with respect to improvements to public or private structures
in connection with improvements designed solely for the benefit of
accessibility for handicapped persons, and shall not be applicable
to any other buildings or improvements other than as stated herein.
