City of Bridgeton, NJ Chapter 135 Docks and Wharves

§ 135-1 Definitions. [1]

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

WHEELED VEHICLE

Any vehicle with wheels, such as but not limited to bicycles, skates, skateboards, scooters and motorcycles.

§ 135-2 Prohibited acts.

It shall be unlawful to fish, crab or swim from the City of Bridgeton floating dock or to operate a wheeled vehicle on said floating dock.

§ 135-3 Violations and penalties.

Violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
