Outdoor storage of shopping carts — See Ch. 370, § 370-62D(5).
No person shall remove a grocery or shopping cart from any store, shop, market or supermarket, and leave or abandon it on any sidewalk, street, public parking lot or other property, public or private, not owned or controlled by the owner of the cart.
Violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
