or operating an autobus, autocab, jitney, limousine or taxi without first

type of vehicle. (driver - taxi, driver - jitney, etc.)
B.
Each application of an owner/operator shall be accompanied
by a license fee of $50 for each vehicle to be licensed. Each application

license fees are annual and must be paid prior to the operation of any licensed

there has been a violation of any of the terms of this chapter or violations
of motor vehicle law, rules or regulations.

shall have been previously revoked for violation of any of the terms of the

filed with the Municipal Clerk proof of motor vehicle insurance issued by
a company duly licensed to transact business in the State of New Jersey. Such
policy must be in the sum of not less than $50,000 against loss by reason
of liability for damages on account of bodily injury or death suffered by
each person as a result of or by reason of the ownership, maintenance or use
of any of the licensed motor vehicles, and said insurance policy shall provide

With regard to any trips made entirely within the Borough
of Clementon, there shall be a reduced senior citizen fare for any persons

the fine, the offender shall be liable to the revocation of his or her license
issued pursuant to this chapter, depending upon the circumstances as found
by the Municipal Court Judge.
