The International Property Maintenance Code, 2006 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the Borough of Clementon, State of New Jersey, for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set forth in this article, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in § 214-12 of this article.
The International Property Maintenance Code,
2006 Edition, is amended and revised as follows:
