Whenever a sign is present prohibiting a turn on a red signal, no person shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at the following locations:

No motor vehicle operator shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at the following locations when children are present:

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle straight across the intersection from the left turn only lane at the following locations:

Blackwood Road and Gibbsboro Road turning left onto Gibbsboro Road
Erial Road and Blackwood Road turning left onto Blackwood Road

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle straight through the intersection from a right turn only lane at the following locations:

A. 
Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the entire length of Pennsylvania Avenue except for the pickup or delivery of material along these roadways.
B. 
No person shall park a vehicle at any time on Oak Lane from Mt. Vernon Avenue to White Horse Avenue within the confines of the Borough of Clementon in the County of Camden, State of New Jersey, and appropriate signs shall be installed.
C. 
Other weight limitations.

(1) 
It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle exceeding 10,000 pounds registered gross weight or motor vehicle with more than one rear axle on a street at any time between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
(2) 
It shall be unlawful to park any truck or commercial vehicle exceeding 20,000 pounds registered gross weight or more than one rear axle in a residential zone (R-1 R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5) or parkland.

(4) 
Nothing herein shall prohibit the temporary stopping or parking of a commercial vehicle or truck for the purpose of making a delivery or pickup in the regular course of business or while actively engaged in loading or unloading.
(5) 
It shall be unlawful to park a School Vehicle Type 1, meaning any vehicle with a seating capacity of 17 or more used to transport children to or from school, school-connected activities, day camps, summer day camp, nursery school, child-care center, preschool center or other similar places of education in a residential zone at any time.
Speed limits are established as follows:
A. 
Blackwood Road-Clementon-Berlin Road (County Road 534) from Forrest Avenue to Mohawk Avenue as follows:
(1) 
Zone 1: 35 miles per hour from Forrest Avenue to Gibbsboro Road; thence

Zone 2: 30 miles per hour to White Horse Avenue; thence
(3) 
Zone 3: 35 miles per hour to Mohawk Avenue.

B. 
Chews Landing Road (County Road 683) westbound from Blackwood Road to Wallace Avenue and eastbound from Forest Avenue to Blackwood Road; 35 miles per hour.

C. 
Erial Road (County Road 703) from Sitley Avenue to Blackwood Road-Clementon-Berlin Road: 40 miles per hour.
D. 
Gibbsboro Road (County Road 686) from Blackwood Road-Clementon-Berlin Road to Route 30: 35 miles per hour.

E. 
New Freedom Road (County Road 691): 40 miles per hour.
F. 
White Horse Avenue (County Road 695): 35 miles per hour.
G. 
East Atlantic Avenue (county road) from Berlin Road to the Borough of Clementon-Pine Hill boundary line: 25 miles per hour, except the speed limit shall be reduced to 20 miles per hour when approaching, proceeding through or leaving any curved sections of said street or road. The curved areas shall be posted with appropriate signs.

H. 
All other Borough streets and roads shall have a speed limit of 25 miles per hour, except those specifically modified by ordinance or state law.
