Such lighting shall be shielded and shall not be a hazard or nuisance to adjoining properties or the traveling public. Light fixtures shall not be higher than 16 feet above grade. The Board, as part of site plan approval, may fix the hours of operation of any lights.

K.
Waiver of parking requirements. If any applicant can clearly demonstrate to the Board or if the Board determines that, because of the nature of the operation or use, the parking requirements of this section are unnecessary or excessive, the Board shall have the power to approve a site plan showing such requirements waived, where a reduction in the number of parking spaces is requested, a landscaped area of sufficient size to meet the ordinance requirement shall be set aside and reserved for the purposes of meeting future off-street parking requirements in the event that a change of use or operation of the premises shall make such additional off-street parking spaces necessary.
[Amended by Ord. No. 11-1998]

A sign stating that all truck engines shall be turned off upon parking shall be predominantly posted in all loading and unloading areas.
E.
Circulation aisles. Where loading or unloading of tractor-trailer-type vehicles is anticipated, there shall be provided a clearly defined access route to and from any loading area which provides sufficient aisle width and other geometry that such large vehicles can traverse the route without backing up or encroaching on any parking or landscaped areas.
