Township of Little Falls, NJ Article II Fees

[Adopted 12-18-1995 by Ord. No. 753 as Sec. 4-2 of the 1995 Revised General Ordinances]

§ 122-16 Specific business licenses required.

Every person who engages in any business, trade, calling or occupation described in this article shall obtain a license by making application and paying the fee prescribed. In addition to observing the general requirements of this article, the applicant or licensee shall also observe the special requirements of this chapter.

§ 122-17 Fee schedule.

Fees for the following activities/licenses shall be as set forth in Chapter 71, Fees:

A. Automobile service stations.

B. Bowling alleys.

C. Dance halls.

D. Juke boxes and compact disc players publicly amplified.

E. Places of business where facilities for public dancing are provided.

F. Mechanical kiddie rides used for pleasure or entertainment, per month or any fraction thereof.
