The owner or tenant of lands abutting or bordering upon the sidewalks and gutters of public streets, avenues and highways in the Township are required to remove all ice and snow from the sidewalks and gutters within 12 hours of daylight after the same shall be formed or fall thereon.
B.
No person, firm or corporation, the owner, tenant or occupant of any premises abutting any public street within the Township shall throw, place or deposit any snow, ice or sleet into or upon any of Township streets.
