The fees to be charged under the provisions of this chapter
shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the Board of
Trustees.
A permit for moving a building shall be issued
by the Village Clerk only upon a resolution of the Board approving
the same and shall provide the time, place and manner and the street
or streets through which the same shall be moved.

The fees and deposits to be charged under the provisions of
this chapter shall be determined from time to time by resolution of
the Board of Trustees.

Any person who shall move any building, structure
or outbuilding over any sidewalk, curb, gutter or street of the Village,
without obtaining a permit therefor or in any other manner or at any
other time or place than specified in such permit, shall be liable
to a fine of not more than $250 for each offense.
