The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Manorhaven is hereby
authorized to adopt a resolution authorizing the publication and circulation
of a village newsletter.
The resolution to be adopted by the Board of Trustees as authorized
by this chapter shall specify the number of times said newsletter shall be
circulated to village residents, and the contents of said newsletter shall
be within the discretion of the Board of Trustees.
Said resolution, once adopted, shall remain in full force and effect
until revoked or otherwise amended by the Board of Trustees.
