The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule I (§ 180-30) are hereby designated as one-way streets, and vehicles shall proceed only in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule II (§ 180-31).
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction (otherwise known as a "U-turn") is hereby prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 180-32).
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 180-33) are hereby designated as through streets, and stop signs shall be erected at entrances thereto as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule V (§ 180-34) are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated.

At the intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 180-35), said intersections shall be controlled by traffic control signals as described therein, and said traffic control signals shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule VII (§ 180-36) are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the village is hereby established as 30 miles per hour except as indicated in Schedule VIII (§ 180-37) for those streets or parts thereof described in said schedule.
