Article VI Background Checks for Bartenders

§ 52-30 Background checks required.

All bartenders working on premises which are alcohol-beverage-licensed shall be fingerprinted and subjected to a criminal background check. A fee of $50 shall be charged to all individuals who are covered under this section.
