All members of said Commission must reside within the Borough of Conway, and any member who removes from said Borough shall no longer be entitled to remain a member of said Commission.
All members of said Planning Commission shall serve without compensation.
The Borough Planning Commission may employ engineers and other persons, whose salaries and wages and other necessary expenses of the Commission, where approved by Council, shall be provided for by a proper appropriation by Council.
