[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council

There is hereby created a Vacant Property Review
Committee of the Borough of Conway consisting of five members, which
membership shall be made as follows:
A.
One member shall be a Council member of the Borough
of Conway; such member shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure
of Council.
B.
One member shall be a representative of the Redevelopment
Authority of Beaver County; such member shall be appointed by and
serve at the pleasure of the Redevelopment Authority.
C.
One member shall be a member of the Planning Commission
of the Borough of Conway; such member shall be appointed by and shall
serve at the pleasure of the Planning Commission of the Borough of
Conway.
D.
One member shall be a resident of the Borough of Conway;
such member shall be appointed by the Mayor of the Borough of Conway
and shall serve for a term of four years, beginning with fiscal year
1979. If a vacancy shall occur in this position, the Mayor shall make
an appointment to fill said vacancy for the unexpired portion of the
term.
E.
One member shall be a resident of the Borough of Conway
and shall be appointed by the Council of the Borough of Conway and
shall serve for a term of four years, beginning in fiscal year 1979.
If a vacancy shall occur in this position, the Council shall make
an appointment to fill said vacancy for the unexpired portion of the
term.
