It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motorcycle, motor bike, trail bike, motor scooter, go-cart or snowmobile upon private property other than the private property of the operator of such motor vehicle unless the prior written permission of the owner of such property has been obtained by such operator and filed with the Borough Secretary of the Borough.
A. 
Consent of the owner of the property upon which the vehicle is being operated shall be made on a form prescribed by and available from and filed with the Borough through the office of the Secretary of the Borough. For this purpose, "owner" shall include "lessee."
B. 
The consent shall be for such period of time as set forth therein, but in no event for a greater period than seven days.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a summary offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $150 nor more than $300 or be imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both.
