The following words and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
ASSOCIATION
A partnership, limited partnership or any other form of unincorporated enterprise owned or conducted by two or more persons.
CORPORATION
A corporation or joint-stock association organized under the laws of this commonwealth, the United States or any other state, territory or foreign country or dependency.
HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD
The husband and/or father or, in the absence thereof, the mother, as the case may be, of any family unit consisting of two or more persons residing together in the Borough of Conway.
PERSON
Any person over the age of 18 years who does not otherwise qualify as the head of a household and is not part of any other household.
On and after the effective date of this chapter, any person, association, corporation or head of household, as the same is defined in this chapter, shall, as a condition precedent to establishing a residence or place of business in the Borough of Conway, obtain an occupancy permit from the Borough Secretary.
Any such person or head of household applying for an occupancy permit from the Borough Secretary shall list the names of the members of his or their family, the mailing address of their place of residence within the Borough of Conway, the number of occupants over the age of 18 years, the place or places of employment of all such occupants and the name and address of the owner or owners of the premises which they intend to occupy.
Any association, corporation, partnership or sole enterprise establishing a place of business within the limits of the Borough of Conway shall submit to the Borough Secretary a list of all employees occupying said premises or otherwise employed within the said Borough limits.

A. 
From and after the effective date of this chapter, any owner of premises within the Borough of Conway which is occupied by persons not members of said owner's immediate family shall report in writing certain information about said persons, as follows:
(1) 
Each report shall list, under the column headings of "Name," "Sex," "Residence" and "Adult or minor," all persons occupying said property owner's dwelling unit.
(2) 
The age of all minors shall be reported but adult ages shall not be reported.
B. 
Reports required under this chapter shall be filed with the Borough Secretary within one month from the effective date of this chapter.
C. 
Reports shall be supplemented within 15 days of the arrival of occupants not previously reported or the departure of occupants previously reported.

Any person, association, corporation, partnership or head of household failing to obtain an occupancy permit in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall, upon summary conviction before a District Magistrate, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 and costs of prosecution or to imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both.
