The Conway Borough Building, located at 1208
Third Avenue, Conway, Pennsylvania, is hereby designated nonsmoking
and a smoke-free workplace. All offices, rooms and workplaces located
within the Borough Building are hereby designated nonsmoking. Nonsmoking
signs shall be prominently posted in the Borough Building.
A violation of this article shall be punishable
by a civil fine of not more than $50.
