It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Borough of
Baldwin that, upon the establishment of the County Department of Health
of Allegheny County, the Borough of Baldwin will cease to exercise
any of the public health functions vested in it by law and become
subject to the jurisdiction of the said County Department of Health.
