Borough of Baldwin, PA Article IV Administrative Rules and Regulations

§ 123-16 Council to establish rules and regulations.

From and after the effective date hereof, the Borough Council of the Borough of Baldwin shall be authorized to adopt rules and regulations governing the administration of the parks and recreation areas of the Borough and regulating and restricting the activities of persons using the same parks and recreation areas. Such rules and regulations shall be adopted in the form of a resolution.

§ 123-17 Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate or fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this article or of any regulation or rule adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of Baldwin adopted under the provisions of § 123-16 hereof shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $500 and the cost of prosecution or, upon failure to pay such fine, to imprisonment for a period not exceeding five days.
