It shall be unlawful for any person to use firearms within the Town limits.

The provisions of § 110-1 shall not apply to the following:
A. 
Use of a firearm in self defense.
B. 
Use of a firearm by a law enforcement officer engaged in duty.
C. 
Use of a firearm by a member of the armed forces engaged in duty.
D. 
Use of a firearm by a person in the protection of his property.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
FIREARM
Includes but is not limited to any gun, shotgun, rifle, handgun or pistol.
It shall be unlawful for any person to do any hunting within the Town limits.

Fines and penalties for violations of this chapter shall be as set forth in Chapter 1, Article II, of this Code.
