The locations described in Schedule X (§ 183-48), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones effective 24 hours per day, seven days per week or as marked on signage to be used for the commercial loading and unloading of freight, material, food or other goods. Commercial trucks may remain parked in the zones for 20 minutes and must be engaged in active loading or unloading, as well as an additional 10 minutes to transact business incidental to the loading or unloading. Private vehicles are not allowed to park in designated loading and unloading zones except for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers (not to exceed five minutes) and must not interfere with any commercial vehicle attempting to park in said zone. The driver of any vehicle engaged in the loading or unloading of passengers must stay in the vehicle. Any private vehicles engaged in loading or unloading of goods must be clearly marked with appropriate identification showing company name and phone number. The driver of said vehicles must ensure four-way flashers are on and be actively engaged in loading and/or unloading. Any private vehicle clearly marked as a commercial vehicle is allowed to remain parked in the zones for 15 minutes, as well as an additional five minutes to transact business incidental to the loading or unloading.

The locations described in Schedule XI (§ 183-49), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XII (§ 183-50), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
